Three roles: Driver, Administrator and Accountant — the accountant seat is free and read-only. Everyone joins by invitation; drivers can never self-register.
Permissions are granular. You choose what drivers see — even their own figures show only if you allow it. When someone leaves, you archive the account and can rehire them later without deleting the history.

Messages, announcements and the Desk
Internal one-to-one messages, with no private phone numbers in circulation. Announcements reach everyone — with read receipts, so you see who has read them.

Data within the EU, and GDPR
All regular storage and processing takes place within the EU, in Frankfurt. Every user can export their own data under Article 15 — without asking anyone.
The whole organisation can be exported as a ZIP. Deletion comes with a 30-day grace window, and every record carries an audit log.
Security and modules
Two-factor authentication with TOTP and backup codes, session control and push notifications on the lock screen — Manecab runs in the phone's browser, nothing to install.

Where is our data stored?
Within the EU, in Frankfurt. All regular storage and processing happens there. The exceptions are transactional email and the bot protection on the public booking form — both are listed in the data processing agreement.
Can drivers see each other's numbers?
No. A driver sees only their own — and even their own figures show only if you have chosen to allow it.
Can we switch off features we do not use?
Yes. Manecab has nine modules that can be switched on and off per company — what you do not use stays out of sight.
Is Manecab available in English?
Yes. Every user picks their own language, Swedish or English — notifications and emails follow the choice.
How do we leave Manecab if we want to stop?
You export the whole organisation as a ZIP and request deletion. Deletion has a 30-day grace window — after that, the data is gone.
