Since 29 June 2022, Swedish employers must give written information about the employment. Manecab's contract form carries every field, so nothing gets forgotten.

Taxi rarely pays a plain monthly salary. The contract states the model you actually use under Taxiavtalet: fixed salary, a share of gross income (procentlön), a guaranteed floor (garantilön) — or arrangements where the driver rents the car.
The model is spelled out in the contract, so driver and employer mean the same thing from the first shift.
E-signing in two steps
You as the employer sign first, then the driver. Signing happens while logged in, the contract text is locked with a SHA-256 hash and every step is logged.
It is a simple electronic signature under eIDAS — not BankID, and we say so plainly. The hash means nobody can alter the text afterwards without it showing.
Corrections without the mess
Wrong salary figure, or changed duties? A correction creates a new contract that supersedes the old one — the history stays and nothing is deleted.
Manecab reminds you before a probation period ends and before fixed terms expire. The archive keeps every version.
Salary slips in the same system
Compose the salary slip (lönebesked) line by line — pay, percentage, deductions, expenses. At issue, the slip is frozen with a hash and archived as a PDF.
The driver sees their slips under My salary slips on their phone. Manecab does not calculate the salary — it is not payroll software, and we do not pretend otherwise.

What must an employment contract contain under Swedish LAS?
Under LAS 6 c §, the employee must get written information covering duties, workplace, employment form, notice periods, pay, working hours, vacation, collective agreement and insurances, among other things. Manecab's contract form covers the fields.
What is procentlön?
Pay as a share of the gross income the driver takes in (inkört), commonly with a guaranteed floor — garantilön — under Taxiavtalet. In Manecab, the contract states which pay model applies.
Is the contract signed with BankID?
No. Signing is a simple electronic signature under eIDAS: the party signs while logged in, the contract text is locked with a SHA-256 hash and every step is logged.
Does Manecab calculate the salary?
No. You compose the salary slip yourself, line by line. Manecab freezes it at issue, archives it as a PDF and shows it to the driver.
Can the contract be changed after signing?
A signed contract is never edited in place. Instead, a new version supersedes the old one — the history remains and nothing is deleted.
