Can Manecab remind me before a taxi driver licence expires?
Yes. Taxi driver licences follow the reminder ladder — 45, 14 and 1 day before — and each driver is reminded about their own. Other documents use the reminder window you choose per document.
May I store criminal records extracts in Manecab?
Be restrictive — what you store is your decision. Manecab provides access control, deletion and an audit log, and never mixes health data into the cabinet.
Can drivers see all company documents?
No. Drivers manage their own documents, and sensitive areas are governed by permissions.
Does the system remind me before documents expire?
Yes. Expiry date and reminder window are set per document, and the list shows what expires first at the top.
Where are the files stored?
Within the EU, in Frankfurt. All regular storage and processing in Manecab takes place within the EU — the exceptions are set out in the data processing agreement.
